This is the MOST important part to growing your community authentically! BE INTENTIONAL ABOUT WHAT YOU POST IN THE COMMUNITY! Be sure to tell members to **use THIS THREAD ONLY** when allowing specialty posts to keep order. Your community should feel you are engaged.

Allow your words to be savory; your words should touch your community as if you were physically touching them. When you make your posts at least one needs to ask a question: ie. What bible verse impacts you? It is important to acknowledge birthdays as a community by the month. Allow people to post photos: no words – say it in pictures, allow selfies to keep them engaged, share your family’s Special days for certain themes ie: vacation day Special days: pay it forward, trainings, experts guests Be sure to respond or like every single post; If you are engaged they will be engaged. When they post outside a specific thread (do not approve the post) nicely tag them in the correct thread and ask them to post it there. Especially new people. 3x per month post a welcome …. say something like over the past two weeks we have had 250 new members lets welcome them. Be consistent and clear at all times Minimum once a week…. Ask members to INVITE others, no blind adding (thank the people who invited the others); get permission so there are no surprises.
